My add topic button has stopped working and choose file button is missing for members.
Because your pages have several JS errors, missing wpforo assets for tiny mce etc etc.

If you have any optimizing plugins, disable it. Other than that i cant help, since i dunno what you have done.
This is not a problem of wpForo but some problem with changes you have done (flychat for example), or plugin conflicts you have added.
Learn how to fix them yourself, use your browser f12 console. Not a rocket science. Easy. Disable one by one etc etc.

wpForo has a built-in spam control system. It controls newly registered users and allows to attach a file and attach link when the user has X number of approved posts. Please manage this setting in Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam > New Registered user section.
