I'm sorry, but I don't see the wpForo forum in your screenshot. Please explain what you'd like to change using screenshots of the wpForo forum.

I'm sorry but this is not an easy task and we can't provide such a code for you. This requires days of hard work and styling solutions. You should find some developer for this. We can't help you to do such a large custom codding.
