Lots of SQL queries were used to build topic and post URLs in previous versions. We've added URL cache to the wpForo cache system to decrease the number of SQL queries.
@robert Yes i get that, i was asking for some more details, like for example how long is the TTL of each cached item?
There is no date and time. The URL cache is being deleted individually for each topic and posts when the topic and post is updated.
Can we have somekind of "signature" at the end of each cached item html? Like a date the cached item was created? So we know how efficient this is?
I must say that this new caching doesn't seem to be very effective. The results from GT Metrix for the forum are exactly the same (not very good).
Yours also not very good.
I would like some comment, why cache and uncached page/forum/topic seem to have no impact to speed.
