The yesterday's LiteSpeed Cache plugin for Wordpress has included support for wpForo plugin. Seems to work fine for me, updating wpForo listings and forum base page when something is added/updated.

There is a small problem, persisting. I will report it to Litespeed WP forum.
If you use some wpForo widget in your WP Home Page (like recent posts or topics), when something is added/changed/removed the widget listing is not updated (i mean the whole front page/home page is not updated since a single element of the page can be updated -exept if Ajaxized).
I don't run a big forum (yet) but i would like to say that after Litespeed cache plugin enabled for wpForo, the change is HUGE. All forums, topics, posts are instant.
Litespeed caching for Wordpress requires you run under Litespeed webserver and also having the caching module of the webserver enabled. Litespeed webserver is very-very fast, i think faster than nginx.

Just remember to remove the wpforo url that may have been excluded ! No need.

Of course! I just came back from a trip yesterday and was going to follow up with this update - it was one that I've been looking forward to, and I did make a note to reverse any changes I already included previously (like excluding wpforo!).
