I think that a plugin for Gallery (images and link video of youtube/vimeo) four user of forum is agood idea. I want it for my forums.
After install it, we could put on widget (lateal or footer)
Users could upload their pictures into their personal gallery picture category or link videos into gallery video category.
Please, you do it 😜

If you need a gallery and don't want wait, you can use wpForo - User Custom Fields for it
You can add an file upload option to the profile
and also tabs for the pictures or video gallery
were the user can add his uploaded pictures or videos
but users need to use HTML Code to add her pictures or videos
