I am just looking for suggestions on how I can improve my forum further. It is already pretty good, and has a lot of features. But I feel as if there could be more and I don't see the ideas because I am too close to the board if you know what I mean. 

So I am wondering if you could take a few mins, check out my forum, and offer some suggestions on how I can improve it for the users. 

Am I missing some cool features, or is there something I am missing that can make it look more professional? Please let me know what you think.
