Hello, I posted in my forum and got some email notifications, but they do not have the unsubscribe link eventhough I didn't touch the email and messages configuration (they all have the unsubscribe link shortcut), what could be the problem? Could you please help me? Thanks!

Please navigate to the corresponding menu:
- Single Board Forum:
- Dashboard > wpForo > Settings > Subscriptions & Mentioning
- Dashboard > wpForo > Settings > Subscriptions & Mentioning
- Multi-Boards Forum:
- Dashboard > EN Forum > Settings > Subscriptions & Mentioning
- Dashboard > FR Forum > Settings > Subscriptions & Mentioning
- Dashboard > EN Forum > Settings > Subscriptions & Mentioning
Make sure the email templates includes the [unsubscribe_link] shortcode.
Hello @sofy . Sorry I forgot to tag you in the response, but I have the shortcodes included in all the email templates from the subscription configuration, but I don't know why the links aren't showing 🙁
