I am trying to personalize the emails that are sent by wpforo a bit, but when placing some lines of HTML and saving these disappear. Is there any configuration I should do? Since the editor brings options that insert html code as an image, but it still doesn't work.

I see some additional buttons on the page (those buttons don't belong to wpForo ). Please deactivate the plugin that adds those buttons delete all caches and check again.
Please see the screenshot below. Here is shown how it should look.
I already did the test deactivating the plugin that adds the additional buttons and deleting the cache of the wpforo plugin as of the browser but I do not see any changes, even when adding the company logo it disappears after saving the changes
