Can we mark the best answer to the question as Solved (Popular Answer)?

Hi @dursunkaptan,
I'm sorry, but I couldn't follow you. The Q&A layout allows you to click [checked] icon and make the answer as accepted (best answer), however it doesn't mark the topic as resolved. You should use the [solved] button to make the topic as solved:

Okay, but it's only in the first message. Can we choose a popular answer from the answers given by the members?
[check] mark (Accepted answer) exists for all answers, it doesn't exist for owners, so you cannot set own answer as the best:
