You can backup the database through phpMyAdmin because wpForo does not have the export-import feature.

Make sure you rebuild in the same WordPress installation to keep the topic/post to user relationship. If the WordPress installation is changed, then you'll have post author issue. This called forum migration to new website, and this is a very difficult task.
Thanks, it didn't cause any problems since it was the same portal. But the topic of backup is missing in this area. Maybe we will move the forum to another portal. Installing the new portal shouldn't be this difficult. You need to take it as an xml file like Wordpress and upload it to another.
