Currently members can level up by posting messages in the forum.

This is certainly a good feature, but it can be easily manipulated (a user just needs to send 50 messages to become a Trusted Member).

I think it would be better if the level would rise based on the likes received from other users.

What do you think? it would be possible?

in wpForo 2.0 you can set Points for One Topic, Points for One Post to 0, so users will get only point for likes.
