This issue is not related to the wpForo plugin. The developers have noticed that your website may be damaged, possibly by a virus. We recommend contacting your hosting support team and asking them to investigate. They should be able to provide you with a backup of your website from a time when these issues were not present.

Thank you very for your response. Appreciate the hardworking developers. I found the issue. Its a piece of code that I inserted via Code Snippet. I already removed it and everything's working fine now.
