I'm sorry but wpForo doesn't have such options yet. This requires custom codding. You should find some developer for this purpose.

Should be a standard feature - all topics to be sort-able if visitor wants to search by 'most votes/most likes/most replies/most viewed'

Especially in Q&A format for each question topic page we want to see correct selected reply highest up. and have search/order by 'selected replies/most voted/most liked' to save time hunting around. Q&A is not like forum, where it's a discussion. 

I also agree, it should be there
