Yes, I cleared the cache within wpForo, and my browser.

One of the plugins or the active theme brokes the HTML structure, you need to find it as fast as possible.
Please switch to default them, then deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker one.
Don't forget to delete all caches and press CTRL + F5(twice) on the frontend each time before checking.
