is it possible to replace the wpforo profile image with the one from wishlist member?
I'd like to show the profile image in the forums but don't want my members to set up the image again, as they already do it during the membership registration.

This should be done from your memberhsip plugin. They should hook properly into WordPress avatar functions and return their avatars.

I don't use Wordpress Avatars, the members can upload their images in wishlist. Is it possible to use that image in wpforo, too?
I'm sorry but it isn't. There is no way to use 3rd party avatars in wpForo, you should contact the wishlist plugin developers and ask them to make their plugin compatible with wpForo profile system and avatars. It should be done from their side.
