The vast majority of internet forum users are used to being able to quote multiple posts by their "quote" buttons, which makes them appear the "quick reply" box at the bottom of the screen in chronological order of when the "quote" button was pressed.
WPforo only supports one quote at a time, erasing the previous quote. Is there a fix available or in the works that lets users quote multiple posts more easily.

I'm sorry but there is no any changes in wpForo quote system yet. This is not planned for near future releases. We'll probably look on this by end of next month.
