[Closed] restore a deleted post

I accidentally deleted a post from a user. Is there a way to restore it? Ive tried looking for an option in both the plugin and wordpress itself and even tried recreating the post as admin and seeing if I could re assign it to the original poster. Thanks

As it's already mentioned here you should contact the hosting service and ask for the database backup file: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/restore-a-users-comment/
