Now that we will have AI trends running in the backend, would it be possible to send out a weekly (end of week) type summary email with top/most engaging threads, etc. to the community to bring people that may have not logged in for a while?

I’m sorry, but I don't have any information about this. This feature is on our to-do list, but it is not planned for inclusion in the first stable 3.0.0 release.
@Robert it's ok if it's not there for the first stable version, but good to know it's being considered as most non-WP forum software offers this.
Again, it's just something that admins can monetise to continue paying their monthly subs to gvectors for the AI functionality.
Yes, It woud be nice to have it as some kind of newsletter we can send per week or any other setting.
