Hi, please what exactly the following meant to do?

*Not everything its further explained and Im scared to turn off something I shouldnt

IN SETTINGS - CARACTERISTICS

1 - Activate notices to the users

2 - as above BUT in "real time"

3 -

IN SETTINGS - EMAILS

1 - Over-writting emails for restablishment of Wordpress password (the option just one before last)

Leave a screenshot (full-page) of the settings.

1 - Over-writting emails for restablishment of Wordpress password (the option just one before last)

If you enable this option the users will get the wpForo email template instead of the WordPress one.
