I submitted a support form a week ago on the support page with some Pre-Sales questions and after almost 6 days I still do not have a reply. I am looking for a plugin to use on multiple WordPress sites for filling out Contact Forms and I have concerns and questions. I am interested in Gravity Forms but need more info. I really do not want to spend the money on it if this is the kind of support I have to look forward to.
