Hi Team, I have just updated WpForo Priv.Message to the newest version 1.3.x from 1.1.something 

For unknown to me reason there is constantly shown the report abuse form at private messages form

please have a look at the attached screenshot. Any hints?

Apology it's translated to PL lang but I do think you recognize the screenshots. On the right side there is the HTML behind for a reference.
