At the front end of the forums page, the max file upload size is 512 MB despite the limit being set to 5 MB in the posting and editor setting and the advanced attachment add-on setting. I do have 512 MB limit set in PHP config for admin usage but I do not want that to apply to forum uploads.
How do I fix it?

I have managed to resolve the issue. It was a caching issue and took some time to properly reflect the changes on the front end.
