Hello!

Look, if add in url some Random characters on your forum https://wpforo.com/community/how-to-and-troubleshooting-2/activation-critical-error/

for example “test” https://wpforo.com/communitytest/how-to-and-troubleshooting-2/activation-critical-error/ I see 404 error (this is correct).

My forum url for example: https://www.russpuss.ru/intim/priglashayu-tebya-v-svoi-uyutnye-apartamenty-foto-moi-2/

if I’m add in my url “test” https://www.russpuss.ru/intimtest/priglashayu-tebya-v-svoi-uyutnye-apartamenty-foto-moi-2/

not available 404 page.

How to fixed it? I would like 404 error how like on your forum.

Best Regards

Alena

@annushka

This is not an issue. In your case, you’ve enabled the "Turn WordPress into this forum board" option. This disables the entire WordPress site and keeps only the wpForo pages. As a result, the /community/ slug is missing.

So, if you add some symbols in the slug, it will automatically find and redirect to the topic page using that slug.

In our case, the /community/ slug is present. If we add anything extra to it, no topic can be found, and it will redirect to a 404 page.

Again, this is not an issue—it's just how wpForo works by design.
