Hi,

My Forum never shows up on my forum page when I have Visual Builder active. When I exit the builder then it shows up. Why is this? Any ideas? I have tried deleting Forum and all pages, clearing cache and what not. Nothing works. Please advise.

Best regards,

Mikael

Hi @mikaelmytech-se,

This is not wpForo issue for sure.

  • I recommend create a new page, put the [wpforo] shortcode in that page.
  • Then go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > General Tab and change the Forum Base URL to the new page slug (URL path).
  • Then go to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click on the [Delete All Caches] button.
  • Then delete the old forum page. Delete it from the Trashed section as well.
  • If the slug (URL path) of that page is important. You can change the new forum page slug to the old one, and do the same two steps:
    • After changing the new page slug (URL path) to the old one, go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > General Tab change the Forum Base URL to that slug.
    • Then go to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page and click on the [Delete All Caches] button.
