Not sure what's going on. Participation in my forum dropped dramatically. I finally asked for feedback.

User said the links up top were missing as shown.  I did locate them on the bottom of the page but prefer to have them back where they were.

What's up with this?

These links you mentioned are part of the WordPress standard menu. You should check your WordPress website menus.
