The post id is appearing at the end of the URL when it's not part of the Permalink structure. The permalink_structure record in the wp_options table correctly indicates %postname%, and even after regenerating the permalinks along with soft and hard flushing the permalinks, the post ids are still appearing at the end of the URLs. Additionally, all RSS features are disabled. How do I get this removed from the URL?

Post IDs are added to scroll page to the correct post when you open a topic. Without post ID anchors, you'll always see the first post of a topic. The anchor (#xxxx) parts in URLs cannot be managed by permalink structures.

If it's disabled, then there should not be any RSS URL. Where you see that and how have you disabled that?
