[Solved] Ultimate Member Profile Forum Tab is Gone with 2.1.0

The Ultimate Member Profile Tab is gone when upgrading from 2.0.9 to either 2.1.0 or 2.1.1. No other settings have been changed on my end, the tab just disappears... as well as the option to view subscriptions, topics started, etc (this feels important). thoughts? is there a new setting in 2.1.0 that I need to tweak/activate? or is it a bug?

All is OK on 2.1.1

It seems, at least for me, that forum tab was disabled by default on a clean install with 2.1.1 but enabled with 2.09, or maybe it is some (other) strange behavior of Ultimate Member.
