We've bought the wpforo pro and recently we find there's some issue with the performance due to the wpforo script.

Please note that wpForo doesn't have any pro versions. wpForo is a free plugin. And only the free wpForo plugin is available in web.
Regarding the issue. This is not a general issue. Please try to disable all plugins and test it again. It's too hard to understand what's going on in your website so the support is almost impossible. You should provide as much information as possible.
1. First please disable all plugin and test it again.
2. If it's a dev/staging website please change the theme and test it again.
3. If you don't find any solution please create a clone (using Duplicator) of your website in some sub-domain and provide admin login details via info[at]gvectors.com email address. Don't forget refer to this topic.
