I would like to be able to edit, as forum administrator, even old discussions and answers, while at the moment I can't even do it in the things posted by me (for example guidelines and useful information for users, which must be updated regularly).
How can I solve this issue?

Navigate to wpForo > Accesses, edit Full Access and enable All Checkboxes. Then Navigate to wpForo > Forums, edit Your Categories and Forums, set Full Access for Admin usergroup in the Forum Permissions field.
Also Navigate to wpForo > Usergroups, Edit Admin Usergroup and enable All Checkboxes
