Before/During the edit press F12 to see the errors/crashes in your browser console.

Not they don't, since nobody can read it correctly.
Also those are warnings, you should select only the ERRORS, IF ANY.

Is that a new issue, was working previously? Have you updated something? Added something?

Yes it is new issue.
Yes some plugins and maybe also to the latest WP version but i have tested to remove all plugins and it is still problems. https://uwtd.me wpForo 2.0.9
