Hello, we have a problem, a user is registered on the forum, the user logs into the account and there are no topics and subforums visible, he only sees his profile and cannot go anywhere. Please help, the forum is waiting

In the user settings, I click registered and writes the user settings updated, but the checkmarks on registered have disappeared and because of this the user is not activated, why does it disappear?
