hello, i have a problem with a thread which is giving me 403 Bad reuqest error. I think that happens because i have emoji in the description ? I just wonder is it there a way to delete the thread without opening it because obviously i can't do it.

You can delete topics and posts in Dashboard > Forums > Moderation admin page, just choose the Published section.
