I started getting this error when configuring the forum and entering the rules titles and other required articles as a moderator. What is the reason? And how can I fix it?

I researched many user questions and answers that got the same error as me.
I don't use any security software, but I still shared the problem with my hosting company.
I am not using it yet, but the hosting company says it uses "modsecurity" software on its servers. They said that this software sometimes caused the "403 Forbidden" error.
As a result. The hosting company fixed the problem and told me to talk to them if I had the same problem again in the future.
As another solution, I wanted to share it here.
