Add please emoticons for wpforo. All forums in world have emoticons. I was found this is only https://gvectors.com/product/wpdiscuz-emoticons/ but this is Available for wpDiscuz only... also price to high...
I think will be better if create some standard emoticons for wpForo, which includes in standard functions. After create more nice special emoticons for which ask extra payment.

The Emoticons addon is not just a emoticons selector. It's a powerful API to upload Emoticons packages, to create emoticons sets/tabs to manage each emoticon. This is an Emoticons Manager with unique emoticons and with features to add/edit/remove any emoticons you want. At the moment we're preparing wpForo Emoticons addon. It'll be released with next wpForo version.
wpForo core already supports default emoticons. You just need to insert emoticon code and it'll be replaced to emoticon image. More info in documentation:

I see that on every forum there are smileys by default. Smilies are an integral part of every forum. Please understand me correctly, I'm an ordinary user, and do not understand all the details of how emoticons work. I think you never thought how the light bulb works, and what processes occur in it before you get coverage. For you the result is important. So for me it's important that there are emoticons.) Thank you, that you heard me, I hope the new version in which will be emoticons, will appear soon.

I'm bumping this topic to see if there's any update on the development of the emoticons plugin for wpforo. Reading the post from September 3, 2017, there was supposed to be one in the works for the next version of WPforo two years ago.
Is this project still in development? Custom emoticons are an important feature that's essential to the forum I want to create. The native WordPress emoticons and the emoji won't cut it. I would certainly pay for an addon of similar quality to wpDiscuz Emoticons if it was available.
