Hi team, the pop up window to tell you need to log in or register is not showing when using the new threaded layout and pressing the add topic button. See here.

I dont see problem.

There is no any problem. Please keep deleting your caches and press Ctrl+F5 to reset your browser cache. All works fine, it seems you have a local cache issue.
