I bought and installed ADS Manager a few days ago. Created an add in which I put my Google adsense code. It does not show up. If I put some more code to specify the size of a banner, I can see some blank spaces added, but still no add.
On Google Adsense, my settings are automatics, to let Google decide where to put the ads. Is that a problem ?

Very funny ! I was seeing all other ads (not in the forum) on my site. I changed the code for the banner, and it worked. BUT, it put a big mess on my forums page layout, so for now I disabled it everywhere on the forum. I can send you screens shots if you want.
You can customize the ads in size and also responsive
