Hi.

I am using the Avada wordpress theme. It would be great if I could decouple the media library from the forum?

Avada wants to resize and manipulate every image uploaded by the users and it is taking forever to upload a 3 meg image. And it usually has a time-out error, even with 180 seconds max timeout set in php.

Adding to the problem, it doesn't like portrait size images. It wants to chop them and make them landscape.

Any suggestions on what I can do?

I figured out how to keep images from the media library. Any thoughts on why large images that are taller than they are wide are crashing with an Internal Server Error?

wpForo Advanced Attachment addon is not connected with WordPress Media Library. Avada wordpress theme has no chance to access to wpForo Attachments. wpForo Attachments are forum attachments and are saved in User Specific media libraries.
