Tried all combinations of editing permissions in Topic & Posts, but no success.

Please give it a try below or tell me how to share my admin user so you may see by yourself

https://entreganobrasil.com.br/forum/

FYI: I Have SG Optimizer plugin installed.
All minify, combine and defer options enabled.

Do I need to exclude some js from one of these options?

Also, there's nothing in the Tools / Errors and Problems / Debug tab.

And I see a limited number of icons (bold, italic, underline and hyperlink).
Even having Visual Editor option enabled.

Hi @vynnus,

There is no such issue on our test website.

It seems there is a plugin conflict. Could you please deactivate all plugins, keep activated only wpforo and check again. If the issue still exists, please let us know, otherwise activate the plugins one by one and check after each activation find the problem maker one.

@alvina it didn't work disabling all plugins, clearing cache and trying in other browser
