the forum page that contain [wpforo] tag  ~/forum/ was delete,  I replaced it, after which the page is found but the tag [wpforo] no longer workes and I get an error "no forum found here". I created a new page placed the forum tag, set the page ID, tested and the page works; but if you login.. it goes back to the ~/forum/ that does not work .. how can i fix this ?

You're currently using "Turn WordPress to wpForo" option. This is out of all settings. I hope you understand what does this option. If you use this only for displaying forum on home you're doing wrong, because this option turns off all functions of WordPress on front-end. All posts, pages and plugins will not be available on website front if you use this option.

Please read wpForo doc:

Hi, thanks for the response , you are right I am doing that and it's intentional, and I have the community as required so it ok I want the site to only be the "Forum" the problem is when they login they get "no forum found" if they click on any of the forum menus then all is good. my issue is I cannot fix this error after they first log on. I have set the redirect after login but this makes no difference.
