Please go to wpForo > Settings > Overview admin page, scroll down and click the [Delete all caches] button.

Hi, first of all thank you for your quick reply. I cleared all the caches in the Overview but the user profile photos and some files are still loading from the old url file. 

ps. I also cleaned with other cache plugins and tried it from a new device in this way.
