maybe is not from the update , but started after updating.

When you leave a reply in some topics , is empty and is asking for title

Have you deleted all caches?

Do you have customized copies of forum template files in your WP theme /wpforo/folder?

The only file that has any changes is profile.php in wpforo/wpf-themes/classic/

Only changed line 79 (the footer) to display a new link.
