After fully upgrading to 2.1.5, does the table "wp_mg2wpforo" need to be deleted completely from the database or does this table need to remain where it is?

 

Also, can I have all of the tables set at InnoDB? Or do the visits and reaction tables need to be myisam for some reason? Does it matter?

Yes, you can remove wp_mg2wpforo tabel,

reactions and visits table convert to InnoDB
