 We have your plugin installed on our website;

http://www.p2poolmining.us/community/

We love the plugin and it has been working as we would expect it to. However, we just identified an issue that we are having with the Q&A Layout where when a user clicks on the "Add a Comment" icon nothing happens. We do see a spinning "Working" wheel in the upper right hand corner of the page but nothing else changes.

Based on the outlined functionality and how clicking this link here on the wpForo forum works. It is clear that our community forum is not working as it should.

Can you assist us in determining what the problem is?

One addition bit of information that we have noticed.

If you type a comment into the text box and click the save button the comment does get saved as a comment.

wpForo JS is crashed. It conflicts with either theme or other plugins.

Start checking with plugins. Deactivate all plugins, delete all cache and test wpForo Q&A buttons again. if it starts working, activate plugins one by one and check after each activation to find the problem causer.

If plugin deactivation doesn't help you should change the theme.

The theme I am using is a paid them from StudioPress which uses the genesis framework. I switched to another child theme and still have the same issue.

Is it possible that your community plugin is not compatible with the Genesis framework?

This is a great framework and is very popular so it seems that you should look into making your plugin compatible if possible.

It appears the problem is with the theme. I kept having issues after deactivating all plugins and clearing cache. 🙁
