Hi team, in the QA layout, what is the difference between answers and posts. Please see image attached? Can any of those be hidden?

Answers are only Answers, Posts is the total count of Answers and Comments together. You should know that in Q&A layout there are two types of content "Answers" and "Comments". Documentation: https://wpforo.com/docs/root/categories-and-forums/forum-layouts/question-answer-layout/
Thanks, can they be hidden? Too specific for users to understand... Specially in our language, which is the same word.
I'm sorry but there is no way to disable that. you should find appropriate word in your language. That shows the total number of activities, it's an important information.
