I hope you see this doesn't have any relation to wpForo support. You can ask the theme developer to create a full width page template if you don't familiar with hosting service.

It's not required to use this. you can put wpForo sidebars in a regular page sidebar. Forum use regular page and the regular page sidebar will show the same widgets.

Videos are amazing, as you can just kind of follow along task by task, stop the video, replay parts, etc...
