I have made sure that I am logged in as Admin, that in Forum Access all boxes are checked, that Forum Permissions shows Full Access for an Admin. I also tried extending the time for an edit and delete to 20000 minutes. Did not work. The Edit and Delete options are not visable. But if I make a new topic/post, they show up. 

One unique thing is that the topic/posts in question were created under a different Admin name. I set up a second admin and deleted the first, requesting that the posts/topics from the original Admin move to the new. These problem posts/topics do show up under the new Admin as they should and are listed in My Activity. 

Running 1.9.4 with the User Custom Fields add-on. I love this app!
