Greetings team,
I'm trying to allow the register users to attached a file to their comments. I have allowed them on the forum access and I have set the register on the forum to stander access however, it does not appear in the front end.

That because wpForo Spam control has set minimum number of posts user must have to be able to attache a file, you can decrease this level to 0 in Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam admin page:
