Hello Everyone,
For some reason Registered Users don't see the Attach file: at the bottom of this dialogue box.
I looked in the Usergroups and set it to include Allow File Attachments.
But then they are unable to see it in the Add Topic box.
I use Paid Membership Pro. Can that be the problem? I can't imagine it is because as the Admin I am able to see the Attach File:
Please help as I LOVE this plugin and hope to make it work.

Under Usergroups>Registere which has all my members, there is no checkbox for Add File Attachments. If I try to add an new Usergroup there is also not Add File Attachments checkbox.
But under Settings>Forum>Forum Accesses>Standard Users (usually set for registered usergroups) the checkbox for Can Attach File is checked.
When I login as a one of my Registered Members, the Attach File: does not show when adding a new topic.
Can you help sort me out?

wpForo also has a New Registered User Spam Control. You can manage it in Dashboard > Forums > Tools > Antispam admin page. By default the new registered user is allowed to attach a file after 3rd post. You can set it 1 or even 0:
