I'm sorry but I have no idea. You should check your recent changes. Also make sure the cache is fully reset.

but it happens on your site as well after clearing browser cache many times...

Have you checked JS errors? Maybe you got new errors and they affect this plugin.
Also you always can change it to other light-box plugins.
