Hi, can I set automatically expire old reply? For example, any replies that are posted 7 days ago will be expired and disappearred from the forum topic.

Hi,

"Disappearing" replies are not what forums are for. I have never seen that in a forum. So the answer is no.

The only thing that could be a request for a feature is to auto-close a topic after a while, if no posts are made.
